Simple Sleep Coaching
By requesting a service with Simple Sleep Coaching, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
Simple Sleep offers sleep coaching services for children ages 4 months – 5+ years. Details of what’s included are outlined on the services page.
2. Payment
Once you request a service, Simple Sleep will reach out to confirm. Payment must be made in full to receive your call link or troubleshoot email. If payment isn’t received within 48 hours of booking, your time slot will be released for someone else to take.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your session for a full refund up until 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are not eligible for a refund.
4. Support Period
Follow-up support (email, text, and support calls included in your plan) must be used within 30 days of receiving your custom plan. It’s your responsibility to reach out during this window. Support that goes unused is forfeited and cannot be extended or carried over.
5. Your Responsibility
You agree to follow the plan as discussed and to communicate honestly about how things are going. Results depend on consistency, honest communication, and accurate implementation. Simple Sleep Coaching isn’t able to guarantee outcomes.
6. Not Medical Advice
Simple Sleep Coaching provides sleep education and coaching, not medical care. Nothing shared in a call, plan, or email exchange replaces the advice of your child’s pediatrician or another qualified healthcare provider. Always check with your doctor before starting a new sleep approach, especially if your child has a medical condition.
7. Liability
Simple Sleep Coaching is not liable for outcomes outside its control, including developmental changes, illness, or other circumstances that affect your child’s sleep. Advice and plans are provided in good faith based on the information you share.
8. Privacy
Information you share (intake forms, sleep logs, messages) is kept confidential and used only to support your coaching. It won’t be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of your booking applies to your service.
